Het zal altijd mijn interesse blijven hoe je met technische ontwikkeling processen kan ondersteunen. Uiteindelijk heeft alles tegenwoordig te maken met mobiele plaatsbepaling. Of het nou goederen of mensen zijn: het verplaatst. Mensen per auto of trein, mobiliteit binnen een locatie, een persoon zit op een andere plek dan dingen die hij nodig heeft; alles heeft met mobiliteit te maken. Vragen over kennis, kunde of zorg kunnen door techniek worden opgelost. En psychologie helpt bij het implementeren van de oplossing op het menselijke vlak.

Met Anna hebben wij een tijdje geleden bij de regiopolitie Groningen 1 van de eerste mobiele diensten voor de politie geïmplementeerd. Het heette toen P-info. Inmiddels is dit opgevolgd door MEOS. Maar daarbij stonden wij aan de wieg van deze ontwikkeling. De samenwerking met Anne was prima en kenmerkte zich door een tomeloze energie en een groot inlevingsvermogen van haar voor de politieorganisatie. Mede door haar inzet werd het project een succes
Anna was one of the best managers I have ever had the luck to work with. I wish all managers were taking more serious the psychological part of their work like Anna did giving us room to improve and also to do mistakes sometimes but making us feel responsible and owners of a project. I feel that most of the time this part is completely forgotten by the managers. The team atmosphere because of this was great and her passion for work was contagious for all of us.
Anna is one of those people you hope to have in your team. She worked for me as a project manager for a number of innovative projects. Anna is a great project manager but probably an even better relationship manager. As a project manager, she gets things done and is not afraid to roll up her own sleeves. However, she really excels at understanding the customer and their requirements, because she really wants to help the customer and not just focus on what must be done. And above all: Anna is great fun!
An outstanding manager and mentor is what comes to mind when I think of Anna. I always admired Anna's work ethic, passion to deliver results, tactical problem solving and her extraordinary leadership skills. I was given the opportunity to move into Project Management by Anna while working for TomTom. She has been a great manager and also a great mentor. Anna would be a great asset to any team.
